Forty voice messages at 11 pm, copied out at 6.

Customers order however it comes to them: a voice message at the end of service, a photo of the list, an email at seven. Someone in the office listens to them one by one and copies them into the system before the route. An error every now and then, and the missing case you find out on the packing slip.

  • One channel per customer

WhatsApp, email, phone, a different app for each one.

  • Copied out by hand

Two hours every morning, before the van leaves.

  • An error every now and then

"10 cases" heard as "two": you find out at receiving.

Picking for the warehouse, the route for the van.

Once the orders are confirmed, the route is ready: how much to pick of every product, for whom, in what delivery sequence. The packing slips come out of the same place, and the customer who uses Ordinoo receives it already read, without photographing it.

  • Totals per product

64 cases of peeled tomatoes, 12 customers: picked once.

  • Packing slips already ready

For your van and for the customer's app.
