Temperatures logged,
alarms when needed.
Every walk-in and every cooler with its limit, two rounds a day filled in with six taps or on their own with probes. If a temperature rises, you know right away, and the corrective action goes in the log without you writing it.
The temperature gets written on the sheet on the door.
Twice a day someone should read the thermometers and write on the sheet taped to the walk-in. Sometimes it happens. The rest of the lines get filled in the night before the health inspection, with plausible numbers.
- Filled in afterwards
The week's lines written in one evening.
- The fault is found late
The bar reach-in has been at 49 degrees since last night, and nobody knows.
- Lost sheets
March's log is nowhere to be found.

Two rounds a day, six taps.
Every piece of equipment has its limit. On the 6:40 AM round and the 6:00 PM round you read the thermometers and tap: if you have probes connected, you don't even tap. The log fills in with time, operator and result.
It reminds you of the round, and tells you if you skipped it.
At 6:40 AM the alert goes to whoever opens. If the round isn't done within an hour, the manager knows. With wireless probes, the readings come in on their own every fifteen minutes and the round becomes a confirmation.
- Alert to whoever opens
And to the manager if the round is skipped.
- Probes connected
Readings every 15 minutes, automatic log.
When it rises, you know before it's a problem.
The bar reach-in at 49 degrees at 7 in the morning isn't an emergency if you know at 7:20 AM. Ordinoo alerts you, proposes where to move the goods, prepares the message to the technician and writes the corrective action in the log. You decide, it documents.
- Immediate alert
To whoever is on duty and to the manager.
- Move the goods
With the move already written in inventory.
- Corrective action logged
Time, name, what you did: that's how the manual asks for it.
A month of temperatures on one page.
Every reading, every out-of-range event and every skipped round in a single view, per piece of equipment. When the health inspection comes, you export the month's PDF and that's it: no sheets to hunt for, no lines to rewrite.
- 62 readings a month
Two a day, for every piece of equipment.
- Out-of-range events with their history
What happened and what was done.
- Export in one tap
The PDF the health inspector asks for, already ready.
Let's do the first round of your walk-ins
We set up your equipment with the limits from the manual and do the temperature round together: the log writes itself while you do it. Free and no strings attached: if it's not for you, we'll tell you ourselves.
- Your walk-ins, with the limits from the manual
- The first round, six taps
- The day's log, ready
