Every vendor, with their prices
and their rules.

The profile builds itself from the invoices: price list updated with every document, delivery days, minimum order and channel. Who costs you more and who's going up, you see before reordering.

You know the vendor, the software doesn't.

You know by heart that Green Valley delivers on Tuesdays and wants WhatsApp, that Hillside has a $120 minimum, that Miller has gone up twice. But it's all in your head and on three phones: when you're not there, nobody knows.

  • In one person's head

If she's not there, the delivery gets missed.

  • Prices never updated

The price list in the master record is the one from two years ago.

  • Nobody knows how much they weigh

Who costs you more, and whether they're going up, you find out at year-end.

Where it comes from

The vendor is born from the first invoice.

You don't fill in a master record. The first invoice brings the company name, tax ID, payment terms and the first products with their prices. Ordinoo opens the profile and asks you only the two things an invoice doesn't say: delivery days and minimum order.

You add only what the invoice doesn't say

Four fields the invoice already knows.

Company name, tax ID, payment terms and the products with their prices come from the document. The price list updates itself with every subsequent invoice; what's left for you are the vendor's rules, learned once.

  • From the invoice inbox

Even the vendor you used only once.

  • You set the rules

Days, minimum, channel: and from there the orders respect them.

Their rules

Days, minimum and channel: you set them once.

Every vendor has their habits. You write them once in the profile and from then on the orders respect them on their own: they go out on the right day, above the minimum, in the format they want.

  • Delivery days

You order today, you already know when it arrives and when you have to send.

  • Channel

WhatsApp, email or PDF: you choose per vendor, not per order.

Who's going up

When a vendor raises prices, you know right away.

The price list updates itself with every invoice, so increases can't hide: you see who went up, by how much, and which dish pays the price. And if you also buy the same product from someone else, the comparison is one tap away.

  • Price increase per product

With the history of the last 90 days.

  • The dish that feels it

Pancetta goes up, the carbonara drops below margin.

  • Switch or report

Switch vendor or send the message: you decide.

How much they weigh

You know who costs you more, and whether they're going up.

Reconciled invoices give you this too: how much you spend with each vendor, what percentage of raw materials it is, and who's growing. When you negotiate, you come with real numbers, not a hunch.

  • From invoices, not from orders

What you actually paid, month by month.

  • Who's growing

A vendor that weighs 23% deserves a phone call.

  • Updated overnight

The month builds itself, invoice after invoice.
