Seventy years of hospitality, twenty years of software, one single idea.

Giving time back to those who chose to serve others. We are four partners: we come from restaurant families, from product and from technology, and we use Ordinoo every day with the restaurants that chose it.

Why we exist

Nobody opened a restaurant to fill in a log.

People who work in a kitchen, on the front of house, in a hotel or in a cafeteria chose a trade that exists for others: a dish, a table, a breakfast, a school meal. It is service work, in the truest sense of the word.

Then, every day, there's the other half. The packing slip to copy out, the invoice to check, the label to write by hand at eleven at night, the food cost you find out at month-end from the accountant, the shift schedule to redo on Sunday. In an average restaurant that's about fourteen hundred hours a year spent copying, filing and counting by hand, in Excel, on WhatsApp, on paper. Real hours, taken from the trade and from life. And one restaurant in four closes for lack of cash flow, often without ever having seen its numbers in time.

That's where Ordinoo comes from. Not to "digitize", not to add one more management system to the pile. To take on that tedious half, do it overnight, and hand back the morning with three things to decide. AI reads, prepares, proposes. You serve.

The time you save isn't a number in a report. It's Sunday evening.
What we believe

Three rules we never change.

It doesn't decide, it proposes.

Every decision that matters goes through whoever signs. Ordinoo prepares and puts it in front of you; the last word always belongs to the restaurant.

It works overnight.

The restaurant shouldn't change its rhythm for the software. Documents get read when the kitchen is closed; in the morning everything is already there.

You stay in control.

No sending, no payments, no automatic signatures. Not even when it would be convenient.

What it gives back

Two real properties, after one year.

The numbers come from controlling the costs the restaurant already pays, not from higher prices or fewer staff. The properties asked not to be named.

Where we come from

One year, step by step.

  1. Q4 2025The first Ordinoo

HACCP, food cost and orders. Twenty restaurants try it first and tell us what's wrong.

  2. Q1 2026Open to everyone

Commercial launch, starting with HACCP: the log nobody wants to keep.

  3. Q2 2026One hundred restaurants

Past one hundred customers. The first ten partnerships with consultants and associations begin.

  4. Q3 2026The complete Super Agent

All eight assistants in production, from inventory to cost control. One hundred and fifty paying restaurants.

  5. TodayOnward

Every week a feature is born from a request by a restaurant. We update this page when something real happens.
